Management Development Program

This is a complete Management, Leadership and Problem-Solving Program for the corporate house. The duration would be 9-18 hours and the approach are completely solution focused community stimulation-based learning. This would be a joint brainstorming and case study-based solution focused cohort to understand the topic and create a complete design and implementation process to use the same framework for the organization. The concept is completely unique where theory would be minimal and more concentration would be on skill or competency development, identification of the key people, analyzing the concept or problem statement to convert the same in a report format. The organisation will receive a complete analysis and solutioning report in consulting process.
